Scope of application

The general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the "GTC") apply to all orders placed and contracts concluded (hereinafter referred to as the "order") via the https://Aventure-pawsitive.com online store.

Aventure Pawsitive reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version of the GTC valid at the time of the order applies. It may not be unilaterally modified for any particular order.

Price

Prices in this catalog are quoted in Swiss francs, net and without VAT, as the company is not subject to VAT.
The price indicated in the online store at the time of ordering is binding.

Terms of payment

Payments must be made in Swiss francs.
We accept credit cards via the STRIPE system, TWINT or bank transfer. 

Control

Once the order has been validated and confirmed by the chosen method of payment, it is considered as definitively concluded with Aventure Pawsitive. The customer cannot cancel the order. The customer will receive a confirmation e-mail, with acknowledgement of receipt, stipulating the terms and processing of the order. Order preparation times may vary from 24 to 48 hours, but we always try to process orders as quickly as possible. The contract is concluded on receipt of payment for the order.

Return a product

If you change your mind upon receipt of your order, or if the item does not seem to fit your pet (e.g. size), you can return it to us for a refund, exchange or credit on your next order, whichever you prefer. Please note that a return is only possible if the product is intact, the package unopened and the label still new and in place on the item. Please refer to the item description to ensure the correct size or type of use. Please do not hesitate to contact us: aventure.pawsitive@gmail.com. You are responsible for the return shipment. If the item is lost or damaged during the return shipment, we cannot intervene, nor can we be held responsible.

Item warranty

Some products are guaranteed by the manufacturer: Please send us an e-mail to aventure.pawsitive@gmail.com with your order details and photo(s) of the damaged product(s). First, let us contact our suppliers so that they can make a decision. We will then come back to you to inform you of their decision. Finally, if the decision is favorable, you must return the damaged product to us and we will send you a new one. NO refund is possible.

Data protection

All personal data will be treated as confidential. The information required to manage the order will be subject to computer processing and may be communicated to associated companies within the framework of order management.

Applicable and legal law

The applicable law is Swiss law. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent court of the Canton of Geneva, subject to appeal.
